In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

To access real-money games, cricket betting markets, live casino tables, or any other wagering service on hbajeet, you must first create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals who meet the criteria set out in these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. hbajeet reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided during registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

One Account Policy: Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active hbajeet account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where hbajeet detects or reasonably suspects that a User has created duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances or pending withdrawals held across those accounts may be voided.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hbajeet login credentials, including your username and password. hbajeet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify hbajeet immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. hbajeet accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the User failed to maintain appropriate security over their login details.

Account Ownership: hbajeet accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balances held within it to any third party. You may not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or play games, even if that person is a family member or household resident.

hbajeet is an adults-only platform. Access to real-money gaming and sports betting is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute and applies to all users regardless of location, device, or the nature of the activity undertaken on the platform.

By creating an account and using the hbajeet platform, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. hbajeet reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage, including during the registration process, during a withdrawal request, or at any other point at hbajeet's sole discretion. Acceptable proof-of-age documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

Where hbajeet has reason to believe that a User may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended and all activity — including pending withdrawals, active bets, and bonus claims — will be placed on hold pending age verification. If it is confirmed that the User is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, any deposited funds will be returned (less any amounts already wagered), and any winnings generated during the underage period will be voided.

Parental Controls: hbajeet strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of available parental control software to prevent underage individuals from accessing online gambling services. All financial transactions on hbajeet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hbajeet supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to accounts at major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on hbajeet is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your hbajeet account balance within seconds of payment confirmation. Deposits via Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer may take up to 1 business day to reflect in your account depending on the processing time of your financial institution. hbajeet does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may be requested by eligible verified members. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, hbajeet requires completion of the KYC identity verification process. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours of submission during normal operating hours. Withdrawals are credited to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the withdrawal limits and methods available at the time of the request.

Withdrawal Conditions: Funds that have been deposited but not yet wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is approved. Bonus credits are not withdrawable directly — they must first satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. hbajeet reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.

hbajeet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer on hbajeet, you confirm your agreement with the applicable terms.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits awarded by hbajeet are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unmet requirements result in automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus credits and any winnings derived from them.

Bonus Validity: Each bonus will specify a validity period (typically expressed in days from the date of issue). Bonus credits and any winnings generated from them that remain unconverted at the end of the validity period will be automatically removed from the account without prior individual notification. Users are responsible for tracking the validity periods of their active bonuses.

Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. As a general guideline, slots and crash games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed, while live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage (e.g., 10%–20%). The exact contribution percentages for each game category will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.

Abuse and Misuse: hbajeet reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the associated account, if it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, exploiting technical errors to generate bonus credits, or placing bets in a pattern designed to circumvent wagering requirements rather than to engage genuinely with the games offered.

Changes to Promotions: hbajeet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonus credits already validly claimed, but will apply to any new claims made after the change takes effect.

By using the hbajeet platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions and with applicable law. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you personally initiated that activity.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct on or in relation to the hbajeet platform:

hbajeet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information
• Detection or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Use of prohibited software or automated tools on the platform
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers
• At the User's own request (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion)
• Extended periods of account inactivity (accounts dormant for more than 12 consecutive months)

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — any real-money balance remaining in the account will be handled as follows: where closure is due to a User breach of these Terms & Conditions, hbajeet reserves the right to void and forfeit the balance. Where closure is voluntary or due to inactivity (and no breach has occurred), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC and standard anti-fraud checks.

Dormancy Policy: An account is considered dormant when there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. hbajeet will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered contact details before applying dormancy procedures. A dormancy administration fee of ৳50 per month may be deducted from dormant account balances after the initial 12-month period to cover account maintenance costs. Accounts with a zero balance after dormancy fee deductions may be permanently closed.

Voluntary Closure: Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the hbajeet support team at [email protected]. Alternatively, users who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to consider the self-exclusion option rather than simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional protections against re-registration.

hbajeet is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all members. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults and should never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses. These Terms & Conditions incorporate hbajeet's responsible gaming obligations, which are binding on both hbajeet and its users.

hbajeet provides all registered members with access to a suite of responsible gaming tools from within their account settings. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, time-out periods, and self-exclusion. Users are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools proactively rather than reactively.

Self-Exclusion: A User who wishes to be excluded from the hbajeet platform for a defined or indefinite period may request self-exclusion by contacting the hbajeet support team at [email protected] or by using the self-exclusion tool in their account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of a confirmed request. A minimum self-exclusion period of 6 months applies; after this period, a User may request reinstatement by contacting support, subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before reinstatement is confirmed. During any self-exclusion period, hbajeet will use reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the excluded user.
